Resin for Liquid Crystal Calcinable printers.
Burnout Daylight resin manufactured by PhotoCentric 3D hardens in the light of a screen.
Daylight Burnout Resin for Liquid Crystal 3D printers hardens in the light of a screen. Ideal for parts requiring high resistance , this resin is designed to resist deformation, even under stress.
Liquid Crystal resin has the particularity of being able to be cleaned with hot water (add a little soap but also isopropyl alcohol.)

Resin for Liquid Crystal Calcinable printers.
A calcinable resin:
This Calcinable Liquid Crystal resin is ideal for the production of jewelry pieces because it burns cleanly without residue or ash.
The Liquid Crystal castable resin offered by LV3D is compatible with those who use a video projector.
This Liquid Crystal Calcinable resin is specially designed for the manufacture of high definition molds. It will leave almost no ash when burned and will create gas evenly as the temperature rises, preventing any pressure build-up in the casting.
LV3D advice for using Daylight Liquid Crystal burn-out resin:
It will be recommended to slowly burn your impression so that the transition to the gaseous state of the material is made progressively in order to reduce the risks of cracking of your molding.
We recommend that you optimize the air circulation with active ventilation in order to expel the air in the molds.
To successfully switch from a wax-based process to a resin-based one, adjust the settings well.
Cleaning the Daylight Liquid Crystal burn-out resin:
the print can be cleaned with soap and hot water. Then it will be possible to transfer the parts for a post curing under a light of 405 nm, until the surface is very hard and rigid.
Daylight Liquid Crystal post-treatment
In order to get the most out of the quickly burn-out resin , the prints should be post-treated 5 min no more. You can repeat the operation if necessary once) Make sure that the alcohol has evaporated well before proceeding to the baking and foundry phases, to prevent it from acting on the mold and altering its surface.
The surface should thus be hard and quite rigid.
We recommend that you then clean your prints with a cloth and isopropyl alcohol (a good solvent for waxes, oils, resins).
Remember to change the isopropyl alcohol present in your bin to preserve the quality of finish of the parts.
We also recommend the use of gloves when handling Isopropyl Alcohol.
The resin for the Liquid Crystal 3D printer hardens in the light of a screen. This resin has high tensile strength along with limited shear and elongation properties and is ideal for printing hard objects with slight compressive capacity under high force and minimal shrinkage.
The objects will bend a bit and stretch slightly under stress.
In addition, this resin is cleanable with hot water.
The calcinable resin dissolves on melting in a foundry furnace and allows you to create your molds in jewelry, dental, etc.
